A Positive Experience

We like to meet the dogs that we mind before our first check - this way they meet us, we meet them, and you can be sure that your dog will be comfortable with us, as well as learning their routines.

To Walk or Not to Walk

We can either stay with your dog for the time agreed, or take them out for a walk (this does not apply to 15 minute checks)

Always Prepared

Should we meet with anything unexpected upon arrival, or should anything happen during our visit, we will have your and your vets contact details, so that you/ they can be contacted straight away.

Keep Calm

We will ensure that we remain quietly with your dog for the last minutes prior to departure to make sure that they are calm before we go.
